Application Terms

1. Regarding applications: Once we have confirmed your application, it will be confirmed as an official application.

2. Payment date for seminar fees: In principle, payment should be made at least two business days before the seminar.
   If you are unable to make payment by the due date, please contact us.

3. Cancellation after formal application For both in-person and online attendance, cancellations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on the day before the event (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Cancellations after the cancellation deadline will not be accepted (you will be responsible for the full seminar fee).
   *If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact our organization within the deadline. If you have already paid for the seminar, we will refund your payment.

4. Refunds Seminar fees will be refunded by bank transfer. We will cover the bank transfer fees for the refund, but the bank transfer fees for the participation fee transfer will be borne by the customer.

5. Postponement/Cancellation The event may be postponed or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters. If you have already paid the seminar fee, we will refund your payment. Please note that we cannot compensate for accommodation fees, transportation costs, etc.

6. About online seminars The equipment and environment required for online viewing (viewing equipment, subscription to Internet connection service, and other preparations for use) shall be provided at the customer's expense and responsibility. We are not responsible for poor viewing due to poor Internet connection on the customer's part. Please do not share the viewing URL with others, watch with multiple people, copy or distribute handouts, or record or save video data. If we find that multiple people are watching, we will charge the participation fee for the actual viewers.

7. About the Short Seminar If you are unable to participate in the short seminar in real time, you can watch it on demand. However, regardless of whether you watch it or not, there will be no extension of the viewing period. Please note.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy Refund requests cannot be accepted after the seminar has taken place.

2. How to apply Please contact the YORIAILab General Incorporated Association Secretariat (info@yoriailab.com) with the reason for the refund. After receiving the reason for the refund, we will refund the amount by the end of the following month.

3. Refund method Refunds of participation fees will be made by bank transfer. If refunds are made by bank transfer, the secretariat will contact you regarding the procedure.

4. Restricting and Rejecting Refund Requests We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be fraudulent, including, but not limited to, the following:
   - If multiple applications are received from the same participant.
   - If you refuse to answer questions about the reasons for your refund request.
