Join in Our Social Co-creation
Yoriai refers to people gathering and meeting each other. In Japanese villages since the Middle Ages, it was a place for people to collaborate and discuss various matters to enrich their lives together. The origin of the name YORIAILab comes from there. YORIAILab is a place where patient organisations and advocacy groups working with people living with diseases, citizens, industry, government, and academia involved in the development and provision of medical/healthcare products gather, connect, and think and create various collaborations together borderlessly.
By people with different knowledge and experiences gathering and connecting to each other, we work on social co-creation related to healthcare. We create an environment where more people living with diseases can sustainably develop their strengths.
YORIAILab is a place to practice research aimed at solving healthcare challenges, creating opportunities for mutual learning and exchange, publishing and publicizing knowledge gained from collaboration and giving back to society, and promoting/consulting on Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) in healthcare businesses.
