*1 Participation in the steering committee requires approval from the board of directors.

Membership Fee Regulations of YORIAILab, a General Incorporated Association
Membership Fee Policy
These regulations, based on Article 7 of the Articles of Incorporation of the General Incorporated Association YORIAILab, stipulate the necessary matters concerning the membership fees of this association.
Membership fees will be used to share the operating costs and other expenses of YORIAILab.
Membership fee
The annual membership fees for regular members, special members, associate members, and supporting members (organizations) shall be as set forth above.
Please note that for those categorized as "affiliated with a company" or "not affiliated with a company," applicants should apply under the category they are currently affiliated with at the time of application.
The validity period of the annual membership fee is until the last day of the first fiscal year of this organization following the date of membership approval.
Exemption from membership fees
The Board of Directors may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2 of the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation, resolve to exempt any organization that falls under any of the following categories from membership fees:
Furthermore, the Board of Directors will conduct a review before approving the proposal.
Eligible: Non-profit organizations that submit an application using the prescribed form and receive approval from the Board of Directors.
Clinical trial ambassadors (only those who have completed core training and wish to become special members)

Membership fees for those joining mid-year
The following applies to membership fees for those who join partway through the year.
For members who join midway through the fiscal year, the membership fee for that fiscal year will be the full annual amount if the month of membership approval falls in the first half of the year (April to September), and half the annual amount if it falls in the second half of the year (October to March of the following year).
Payment of membership fees
The entity that submitted the membership application will, after approval by the Board of Directors as stipulated in Article 6 of the Articles of Incorporation of this corporation,
Members shall pay their annual membership fees by the date specified by this organization.
The bank transfer fees required for payment shall be borne by the member or the entity newly joining.
Membership fees will be invoiced in March, except for the first year of the organization's establishment.
Handling of membership fees, etc., upon loss of eligibility
Even if a member withdraws from the association midway through the fiscal year, membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
Amendment or repeal of these regulations
Revisions and repeal of these regulations shall be decided at the general meeting of members.
