YORIAI-Clinical Trial Ambassador Roundtables
YORIAI is a forum where clinical trial ambassadors can share their perspectives on patient and public participation (PPI) through dialogue with people from various backgrounds. It is held several times a year and streamed live online.

Theme : Clinical Research and Trials from the Perspective of Patient-Public Involvement (PPI) – Together with Those Affected by Rare and Intractable Diseases –
Date and time : Tuesday, June 23, 2026 17:15-18:45
Location : AP Tokyo Yaesu (6-minute walk from Tokyo Station), Room G (12th floor) and online (live streaming)
Speakers : Individuals living with rare cancers, muscular dystrophy, and genetic disorders.
This will be held immediately following the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Employees (16:00-17:00). YORIAILab Regular Members and Special Members (who serve as legal members of the association under Japanese law) are kindly requested to participate from the General Meeting onward.
A networking event will be held after the roundtable discussion (for in-person attendees only).
Capacity (in-person): Approximately 40 people. *There is no capacity limit for online participants.
